Hier ganz kurzfristig meine kleine Wohnung in Spandau!
Ein Zimmer, in dem eine Couch, ein Tisch und ein großer Flachbildschirm steht. Die Küche ist um ehrlich zu sein echt renovierungsbedürftig, kein Kühlschrank und die Schränke wackeln.
Da ich ein Mädchen bin, das handwecklich nunmal überhaupt gaaar nicht begabt bin und ich viel am reisen war hab ich es einfach so gelassen. Das Wohnzimmer hat ansonsten noch einen Französischen Balkon. Im Bad gibts ne Badewanne und im Flur stehen zwei Schränke die man Benutzen kann.
Man kann die Möbel benutzen, auf Wunsch kann ich sie auch entsorgen.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz nah am uBhf altstadt spandau ( 3-4 min zu fuß), vor der Haustür fährt ein Bus in Richtung Sbhf so ist man innerhalb von 10 min ganz Zentral. Man braucht mit dem Regio etwa eine halbe Stunde bis zum Alex.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung, weil ich die nächsten Monate nicht mehr in Berlin sein werde.
