ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schnucklige 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im 11. OG (natürlich mit Fahrstuhl), das heißt man hat eine SUPER Aussicht über Berlin!!!
Das Beste für mich persönlich ist die BVG Verbindung zur FU. Zahlreiche Bus-Linien fahren vor der Tür und der S-Bhf ist auch direkt um die Ecke, genauso wie ein kleiner Supermarkt und Video World (für den Späteinkauf ;).
Die Wohnung hat ein Wannenbad und im Zimmer und Flur wurde Laminat verlegt, was noch kein Jahr alt ist. Mein Kühlschrank und diverse andere Einrichtungsgegenstände könnten nach Absprache auch übernommen werden ;)Über die Miete lässt sich in einem Gewissen Rahmen noch reden, Strom und Telefon sind nicht dabei.
Also einfach melden, angucken und einziehen ;)
