ich biete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (35qm) in Berlin Steglitz im Zeitraum vom 01.03.12 bis 30.06.12 (ggf. auch länger) zur Zwischenmiete. Die Miete beträgt 460€ im Monat inkl. Telefon und Internet. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regale, Kommode sowie eine Couch und Fernseher + DVD-Player). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, besitzt einen Balkon (Richtung Südosten) und eine voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Backofen und eingebauter Mikrowelle. Außerdem gibt es eine eigene Waschmaschine und ein neu gefliestes Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen mit mehreren Supermärkten, einer Apotheke, Post und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Schloßstraße (Einkaufstraße) und S-und U-Bahnhaltestelle (S1 und U9) sind nur ca.7 Gehminuten entfernt (mit Bus 1min.). Zudem besteht eine sehr gute Anbindung zur FU (7min. mit dem Bus).
