Aufgrund eines längeren Aufenthalts in Süddeutschland biete ich ein Zimmer (ca. 22 qm) meiner 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Es ist eine sehr helle und ruhige Wohnung im 2. OG, Seitenflügel, mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, hat Dielenboden und ist mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch möbliert. Es bietet aber auch Raum für eigene kleine Ausgestaltungen.
Als Zwischenmieterin suche ich eine zuverlässige Frau ab ca. 28-30 Jahre. Als Mietdauer sind zunächst 6-12 Monate vorgesehen, evtl. auch länger. Die Mietdauer sollte aber mind. drei Monate betragen.
Momentan bin ich etwa jeden zweiten Monat für ca. eine Woche in Berlin und bewohne das zweite Zimmer. Die meiste Zeit bewohnt man die Wohnung allein.
Berlin-Steglitz, ruhige Wohngegend, mit vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch Cafés. Gute Verkehrsanbindung vor allem durch S1 und U9, auch Busse. Fahrradnähe zur FU, aber auch HU, Stabi etc. sind durch S1 sehr gut erreichbar. 10 min. fußläufig zur Schlossstraße. Auch am Schlachtensee ist man schnell.
In dem Gesamtmietpreis von 600 Euro ist alles enthalten (incl. Gas, Strom, WLan, Benutzung der Waschmaschine etc.). Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Die 37 qm umfassen das Zimmer, Küche und Bad.
