U3 Station Breitenbachplatz 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß. S+U Rathaus Steglitz (U9, S1) 20 min zu Fuß. Ich habe auch ein älteres Fahrrad, mit dem ihr zur Sbahn fahren könnt (4 min Breitenbachplatz, 10 min Rathaus Steglitz).
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nahe zum Campus der FU Berlin, 30 Min. mit Rad oder Bahn zur TU Berlin.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Verschiedene große EK-Center an der Schlossstraße, Rewe am Breitenbachplatz, Edeka am Rathaus Steglitz.
Ich suche einen ruhigen und verantwortungsvollen Mieter. Keine Parties etc. in der Wohnung. Keine Haustiere. Rauchen untersagt im gesamten Gebäude. Vorher am liebsten persönliches Treffen oder Skype-Interview. Ich freue mich auf euch :).
