Nachmieter zum 01.10.2019. Ruhige Wohnlage in der Markelstraße 17,
Bezirk Steglitz. Ca. 38 qm.
EBK mit Spülmaschine bereits bauseits vorhanden (muss nicht abgelöst
werden), Tageslichtbad, Terrasse, Kellerabteil.
Bei Interesse stelle ich den Kontakt zum Vermieter her.
Mein Mobiliar (2 Schränke (Pax von Ikea) und ein Billy-Regal) sollte
übernommen werden (siehe Abstandszahlung 400 €).
Der Vermieter hat als Bonitätskriterium vorgegeben, dass die Miete max. 30 % des Monatseinkommens betragen darf.
Die Markelstraße ist eine ruhig gelegene Seitenstraße in Steglitz-Zehlendorf. Zur Schloßstraße mit vielen Geschäften und der U-Bahn sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
