Attention:
The landlord requires the 3 last income statements, a proof from the previous landlord and a copy of your ID or passport (even though it's a sublet).
The apartment in freshly renovated and furnished, including an equipped kitchen, a quite new (bought only November 2021 and A class energy efficiency) washing machine, a double bed and a wardrobe, two cube Kallax-bookcases, a night stand with a drawer and selves, a white IKEA coffee table and a dining set with two chairs (the table can be adjusted to fit more than two people) and a floor lamp..
The bathroom has a shower and a newly bought furniture for the toiletries and towels. Last but not least at the entrance there is a hall stand for coats and shoes. There is there a little space as a storage.
The balcony has yet no furniture, as I did not need them for the winter time.
The apartment is located in a tall apartment building on the 13th floor, which allows a great view to the west.
Please keep in mind that the building is still renovated and there is some noise on some weekdays. However, it has been significantly reduced in the past months.
The apartment is located in a quite area in Steglitz. The S-Bahn (S25 & S26) and bus station (218) are only 5 minutes away on foot from the building te S-Ban S2 10 minutes away on foot, whereas the U6 or U9 can be reached with the bus in less than 10 minutes.
The area has everything you might need, including a variety of restaurants, doctors and parks and is only two stations away from Südkreuz and the Ringbahn, which can take you anywhere around Berlin. The nearest supermarket (Lidl) is just next to the building.
The balcony is facing west, so apart from the wonderful view from the 13th floor, one has the chance to see also brilliant sunsets just from the comfort of the bed.
I am looking for one person to sublet my apartment for a couple of years from August 2023. A possibility of extension is to be discussed.
In the price is included: base rent, utilities (internet, heating, electricity, (warm) water, as well as an extra addition for the furniture, which I am not willing to sell at the moment.
Please note that there are still some personal items in the apartment in on of the kitchen cupboards. I am planning on visiting sometime during the winter to clear those up.
