Ich vermiete meine schöne und ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 9. März bis 5. April 2023 unter.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum, einer Küche, Duschbad und Flur. Die Möbel sowie alle Küchen- und Badutensilien bleiben für die Zeit drin. Ebenso Bücher und Co.
Wir können gerne darüber sprechen, ob evtl. ein paar Tage früher rein oder evtl. später raus, möglich sind.

I am subletting my beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom apartment from March 6th to April 5th, 2023.
The apartment consists of a large room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a hallway. The furniture and all kitchen and bathroom utensils remain inside for the time being. Also books and co.
We can talk about whether it might be possible to come in a few days earlier or out later.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau, in einer kleinen Seitenstraßen, mit ruhigem Kiez unweit der UBahn-Station Alt-Tegel. Es gibt zahlreiche Busverbindungen und ca. 10 min. entfernt den S-Bahnhof Tegel.
Der Tegeler See ist ca. 5 min. zu Fuss entfernt und bietet eine tolle Erholungsoase, ebenso der Wald in ca. 15 min..
Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind ebenso in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Borsig Hallen sind direkt ums Eck. Genauso wie Ärzte und das Humboldt Krankenhaus.
Die Mieterschaft besteht überwiegend aus Eigentümern, mittleren Alters. Alle nett und freundlich.

The apartment is in an old building, in a small side street, in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Alt-Tegel underground station. There are numerous bus connections and the S-Bahn station Tegel is about 10 minutes away.
The Tegeler See is about 5 minutes away on foot and offers a great oasis of relaxation, as does the forest in about 15 minutes.
Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The Borsig halls are just around the corner. Just like doctors and the Humboldt Hospital.
The tenants consist mainly of middle-aged owners. All nice and friendly.
Die Kaution gibt es selbstverständlich zurück, wenn alles passt. Sie ist obligatorisch.
Parken kann man überall ringsherum für 3 Std. mit Parkscheibe, Mo-Sa 8-20 Uhr, Sonntags frei.
Ein Fahrrad kann vor dem Haus angeschlossen werden.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet, daher auch die Kaution.
Es wäre zudem von Vorteil (für beide von uns), wenn du über eine Hausrat- Haftpflicht-Versicherung verfügst, sowie die üblichen Nachweise.
Die Humboldt Bibliothek mit Internetzugang und gemütlichem Ambiente, innen wie außen, ist ca. 8 min. entfernt.
Ein Co-Working Space ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt (mit angrenzendem Yoga-Studio).
Zudem stehen 200GB Wlan für den Monat zur Verfügung.
Haustiere und Parties sind nicht erlaubt.

You can park anywhere in the area for 3 hours with a parking disc, Mon-Sat 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Sundays free.
A bicycle can be connected in front of the house.
The apartment is rented fully furnished, hence the deposit.
It would also be an advantage (for both of us) if you had household contents liability insurance and the usual supporting documents.
The Humboldt Library with internet access and a cozy ambience, inside and out, is about 8 minutes away.
A co-working space is about a 10-minute walk away (with an adjoining yoga studio).
In addition, 200GB of WiFi is available for the month.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
