Hallo zusammen,
ich würde gern meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung gegen ein sehr preiswertes Wg Zimmer tauschen, erstmal alles anbieten, bevorzugt in FU Nähe. Das Wg Zimmer darf max. 350 Euro kosten.
Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Tempelhof. Die U6 Station Westphalweg ist 350m entfernt. Dh. man ist zügig in Kreuzberg und an der Ringbahn.
Es ist möglich die Wohnung als Pärchen zu mieten, das reduziert die Warmmiete auf unfassbar günstige 200 Euro. Die Wohnung ist hell und hat ein frisch saniertes Bad. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das geflieste Bad bekommt jede Menge Tageslicht ab und hat eine Badewanne + Duschvorhang.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt vorhanden.
Küche mit Wasch und Spülmaschine kann gern übernommen werden.
Bei beideitigem Interesse sende ich gern ein Video der Wohnung.
Die Miete beträgt 405 Euro.
