Ruhige Einzimmerwohnung in Tempelhof. Der Stadtteil ist von Altbauten geprägt und insbesondere durch die U6 und Ringbahn gut verbunden.
Die Wohnung hat neben Küche und Bad einen großen Raum mit Schreibtisch, Bett und einigen Pflanzen. Das Zimmer und der Balkon sind nach Süden (Hinterhof) ausgerichtet, lassen sich durch Jalousien aber auch gut abdunkeln.
Ich habe ein paar Pflanzen, die zwei/ drei mal gegossen werden sollten. Genaueres würde ich bei der Übergabe erklären.
Die Miete ist all in, also Kosten für Internet, Strom, Heizung etc. sind schon berücksichtigt. Statt einer Kaution bitte ich um das Bezahlen der Miete zum Einzug.
Quiet 1 room apartment in Tempelhof. Spacious, sunny balcony. Good connection to public transport to the whole city (U6, Ringbahn).
U6 (Tempelhof) und mehrere Buslinien sind um die Ecke. Karstadt, Supermärkte und das Tempelhofer Feld sind nicht weit entfernt. Der Bahnhof Südkreuz kann ebenfalls schnelle erreicht werden.
