Are you looking for a quite apartment not far from Kreuzberg?

Then this might be the one for you: This apartment is located in the beautiful Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße - ‘Kiez’ between Manteuffelstraße and Tempelhofer Damm with its numerous shops, parks, and restaurants. Several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka), post office not far on Tempelhofer Damm. The ‘Tempelhofer Hafen’ shopping center is only a 15-minute walk away. The U6 (10 minutes' walk away) is the fastest route via S + U Bahnhof Tempelhof (Ringbahn) via Kreuzberg (Mehringdamm, Hallesches Tor) to the center (Checkpoint Charlie, Stadtmitte, Friedrichsstraße) and on to Alt Tegel. As always in Berlin, there are also numerous buses just around the corner.
The wonderful Tempelhofer Feld (closed Tempelhof Airport) offers history, culture and a huge area for relaxation and sporting activities at the same time and is only 7 minutes by bike or 3 minutes with the U6.

Wir suchen eine zuverlässige und nette Person, die für 3 Wochen bis einen Monat einziehen möchte.
Wir wohnen hier normalerweise selbst, sodass wir die Wohnung in dieser Zeit nicht komplett leer räumen werden. Trotzdem werden wir natürlich sicherstellen, dass Du genug Platz und Stauraum in den Schränken für Deine Sachen bekommst.
Eben weil das unser richtiges Zuhause ist, ist uns wichtig, dass Du verantwortungs- und respektvoll mit der Wohnung umgehst. Vorzugsweise rauchst Du nicht, oder zumindest auf keinen Fall in der Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon ist Rauchen natürlich kein Problem.
Bonus wäre, wenn Du einen grünen Daumen hast und unsere Pflanzen ab und zu gießen könntest. Wenn Du Dir das nicht zutraust, geben wir sie aber auch gerne zum Pflanzensitting an einen Freund.

Wenn Du nicht weißt, wie man Müll trennt oder nicht vorhast, dies hier zu tun, kannst Du uns beiden Zeit ersparen und uns erst gar nicht kontaktieren. Das sagen wir so freundlich, wie wir können.

Gesamtmiete = allerwärmste Warmmiete. Das schließt neben Heiz-und Wasser- auch die Elektrokosten und selbstverständlich ISDN Telefon mit Festnetzflat und DSL mit WLAN ein.

We are looking for a reliable and nice person who would like to move in for 3 weeks -4 weeks.

This is our home and we will not empty the apartment completely during your stay. Nevertheless, we will make sure that you have enough room and storage space in the closets for your belongings.
Precisely because this is our real home, it is important to us that you treat the apartment responsibly and respectfully. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. You may smoke on the balcony.
Bonus would be if you have a green thumb and could water our plants every now and then. If you do not feel confident, we would happily ask a friend to plant-sit.

We care about our planet, as you should, so a requirement of staying here is to separate your fucking rubbish. We say this as kindly as we can.

The total rent includes, in addition to heating and water, electrical costs and, of course, ISDN telephone with landline flat rate and DSL with WLAN.
