The apartment offers everything for a nice and relaxing stay in Berlin. It is divided into 2 rooms:
1st room: fully equipped kitchen with small dining table
2nd room: sleeping area with sofa corner
A bathroom with shower, washing machine and window completes the apartment.
Die Lage ist zentral: ca. 10 Gehminuten bis zum Tiergarten, ca. 20 Gehminuten bis zur Straße des 17. Juni und ca. 10 Gehminuten bis zum Gleisdreieckpark. Sogar der Bahnhof ist für Laufbegeisterte in ca. 35min zu Fuß erreichbar, kann aber auch alternativ mit dem Bus in weniger als 20 Min erreicht werden. Shopping-Liebhabende kommen auch auf ihre Kosten, der Kudamm ist nur 4 U-Bahnstationen entfernt (von U Kurfürstenstraße, ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt). Der Schöneberg Kiez lässt sich in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
The location is central: approx. 10 minutes' walk toTiergarten,approx. 20 minutes' walk to Straße des 17. Juni and approx. 10 minutes' walk to Gleisdreieck Park. Even the train station can be reached on foot in about 35 minutes for running enthusiasts, but can alternatively be reached by bus in less than 20 minutes. Shopping lovers will also get their money's worth, the Kudamm is only 4 underground stations away (from U Kurfürstenstraße, about 5 minutes' walk away). The Schöneborg neighborhood can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
Ich biete die Wohnung bis einschl. Juli immer wieder (häufig kurzfristig) für ca. 1 Woche oder etwas länger an. Bei Wunsch eines genauen Zeitfensters freue ich mich über eine Nachricht. Mir ist eine vertrauensvolles Mietverhältnis wichtig, ein digitales kurzes Treffen vor dem Einzug wäre deshalb wünschenswert.
I offer the apartment until mid July again and again (often on rather short notice) for about 1 week or a bit more. If you would like an exact time window, I would be happy to receive a message. A trusting tenancy is important to me, so a short digital meeting before moving in would be desirable.
