Hallo=)Also ich ziehe ab dem 1.11. mit 2 Freunden zusammen. Ich suche also jemanden, der die Wohnung entweder gleich übernimmt oder erst einmal auf Zwischenmiete hier wohnt.Zwischenmieter wäre mir lieber..maximal in dem Zeitraum vom 1.11.2010-1.1.2011, kann aber auch nur zeitweise z.B. 1 Monat hier wohnen.
Lage: Jagowstraße(Hinterhaus), nähe TU,etwa 7 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Turmstraße entfernt.Bushaltestelle 2min entfernt und man braucht 10min zum HBF!!
In der Nähe gleich Edeka,Aldi,Videothek,Waschsalon, Sportplatz usw.
Wohnung besitzt große Küche,großes Zimmer, gemütliches Bad und hohe Decken, typischer Altbau also.
