Es gibt einen Hauptraum (ca. 24 qm), ein Bad und eine Küche plus einen kleinen Flur. Ein Bett für zwei Personen (140x200cm) ist vorhanden.
Wohnung wurde 2012 renoviert, alles in neuem, sehr gutem Zustand! Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus (3.OG), ist aber hell und luftig.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01. Januar 2014 zu vermieten, bei Bedarf kann bereits einige Tage vorher der Schlüssel abgeholt werden.
Das Haus ist ruhig und hat nette Mieter.
Es gibt eine Küche inklusive Herd und Kühlschrank. Das Bad verfügt über Waschmaschine, WC und Duschkabine. Alles in gutem bis exzellentem Zustand!
Telefon- und, Internet-Flatrate (kein WLAN!) vorhanden.

The apartment to let has one main room (about 24 square-meters) and a kitchen plus a small bath.
Washing machine, oven, shower, fridge are all at hand.
The apartment is located in the rear section of the building, yet because of elevation (3rd level) relatively sunny and bright (esp. during summer).
Due to a 2012 renovation, the whole apartment is tidy and in good shape. If you have any questions about the place, we appreciate your interest.
