Ich biete eine sehr schöne Einzimmerwohnung im immer attraktiver werdenden Bezirk Moabit, die Turmstraße gleich um die Ecke. Dort findet man alles, was man braucht, von Supermärkten, einem Biomarkt, türkische Läden, Restaurants und Secondhandläden.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im dritten Stock des Seitenflügels eines Altbaus. Sie ist relativ klein, dafür gemütlich und preiswert.

A very nice Single One Room Apartement in the upcoming district of Moabit, just around the corner of Turmstrasse, where you will find anything, from local shops, to bio markets, to restaurants, second hand fashion, literally anything. The flat itself is in the third floor side wing of an old building, definitely built before the war. It's not as big as one might wish for but very cosy and extremely cheap.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im immer attraktiver werden Kiez Moabit, unter Wedding und an Mitte angrenzend. Sie liegt im Seitenflügel eines "historischen" Altbaus. Obwohl an der vielbefahrenen Beusselstraße gelegen, ist es selbst mit offenem Fenster sehr ruhig in der Wohnung.
S-Bahnhof Beusselstraße ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, U-Bahnhof Turmstraße in zehn.

The apartment is located in the upcoming Moabit, right under Wedding and next to Mitte. Even though Beusselstraße is a busy street, the apartment itself is very quiet, even if the windows are opened.
S-Bahnhof Beusselstraße is five minutes away, U-Bahnhof Turmstraße ten.

Im Schlafzimmer sowie im Gang befindet sich ein Dielenboden, in der Küche wurden schwarz/weiß gemusterte Fliesen gelegt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einer einfachen Spüle und Herd mit integriertem Ofen. Möglich ist das Abtreten meines Kühlschrankes, je nach Vereinbarung/Bedarf.
Im Bad befindet sich eine Duschkabine, Toilette und Waschbecken. Nichts aufregendes, jedoch für jedermann ausreichend.
