I offer a 22m² single appartment on the 9th Floor with view to east Berlin. It has a central room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Very good illuminated and quiet. Hot water and heat system work pretty good for the Winter. There are 3 tables and 3 chairs available, a closet, a bookshelf and a little sofa
Internet must be activated from an eduroam student account in order to work, it can be done via LAN cable (I have an adaptor port for laptops). I have not done it because i´m not in the city, but the Studierendenwerk administration can help.
Located between Potsdamer Platz and Kürfurstenstrasse (Bus station Lützowstr. / Potsdamerst.) There is a Rewe and a Turquish Supermarkt about 5min walking. Plenty of Restaurants and Shops on the streett. 5-8 min walk to the U1 and U2, as well as the Bus lines 48 and 85 direct on the entrance
There is a Washroom available on the basement with washmachines and dryers that you can use with a Mensa Card. There are 2 Elevators and a Bike Parkinglot on the back of the Building
