Da ich ab Mai umziehe, die Kündigung meiner jetzigen Wohnung aber erst am 30.06.23 wirksam wird, biete ich meine Wohnung ab sofort bis zum 20.06.23 zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum sind 950€.
In der Miete enthalten sind Wasser, Heizung und Strom und WLAN.
Die Wohnung ist teilweise möbliert, da ich bereits ein Paar Sachen mitnehmen werden. Die wichtigsten Sachen wie Schlafmöglichkeit, voll ausgestattete Küche, Schränke, Handtücher etc. lasse ich aber noch drin. (Die dargestellten Bilder stellen die Wohnung vor meinem Auszug dar. Nicht alles auf den Bildern ist bei deinem Einzug in der Wohnung.)
Die Wohnung ist im Wedding. 100m von der U-Bahn Station Leopoldplatz (U6,U9) entfernt.

Since I'm moving from May, but the termination of my current apartment will not take effect until June 30th, 2023, I'm offering my apartment for interim rent from now to June 20th, 2023.
The rent for the whole period is 950€.
The rent includes water, heating, electricity and WiFi.
The apartment is partially furnished, as I will already take a few things with me. But I leave the most important things like sleeping accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, cupboards, towels, etc. inside. (The pictures shown show the apartment before I moved out. Not everything in the pictures is in the apartment when you move in.)
The apartment is in Wedding. 100m from the subway station Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) away.
