Hello :)
I am leaving Berlin for a month and I would like to sublet my apartment to someone who is on vacation here or is looking for a place to stay for 4 weeks. The apartment has one big room, a small kitchen where you can cook and sit, a bathroom and from the room there is a balcony where you can enjoy the weather outside. The apartment was fully renovated and is in a great condition. Let me know if you want to have a look at it online or just come by and check it out.
There is nothing you have to worry about except the usual. So it would be great if you water the plants and treat everything you find with respect.
The apartment is located near Seestraße Ubahn, its just a 5 minute walk, its a 10 minute walk to Leopoldplatz and you have Plötzensee and Rehberge around. I personally really enjoy my neighbourhood, it has the right mix of bars/pubs and just normal life taking place.
