Heyy, we are subrenting our flat for two weeks of september. The flat has 1,5 rooms, so one sleeping room, and one big kitchen/ living room with three big windows. The flat is in 2nd floor and facing the backyard towards west, so its both quiet and sunny from the afternoons. We are two friends sharing the flat so there is one big matress in each room + one couch so you can easily fit 4 people there. There is a soundsystem and vinyls you can use carefully, 2 desks (one for working, one for eating) as well as a display for watching movies.
The flat is located in Wedding, very well connected, its close to S Wedding, where the Ringbahn goes and U6, also buses going to central station in 10 min just next corner of the house. Wedding is a emerging neighborhood, with coffees, bars, galleries, such as a super cool venue just 5 min by walk. Its a very mixed neighborhood so you have different interessting food options around the neighborhood, also parks and a lake :)
