Hallo Leute!
Ich vermiete meine Altbauwohnung an der Osloerstraße für den Dezember. 5 extra Tage sind ebenfalls möglich. Die Wohnug ist 39m^2 groß und hat einen Balkon, Keller und Fahrradkeller.
Ihr könnt, wenn ihr einzieht, alles in meiner Wohnung benutzen.
Bis zur Osloerstraße sind es 7 min zu Fuß, an der ihr Anschluss zur U8 und U9 habt. Dazu habt ihr eine Tramverbindung neben euch und viele Busverbindung.
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass wir uns mal persönlich kennenlernen, bevor ich euch meine Wohnung anvertraue und wir einen Zwischenmietvertrag unterschreiben.
Der Preis setzt sich zusammen aus meiner eigentlichen Miete (420€), Internet (40€), GEZ (18€) und einer Kaution, die ihr zurückbekommt, wenn die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand zurückgegeben wird (140€).
