Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles, was du brauchst; Bad mit Badewanne, Einbauküche, kleiner Balkon. Leider keine Spülmaschine und kein Bett, dafür aber Schlafsofa.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und ruhig. Das erwarte ich von dir auch. Partys sind also nicht erwünscht.

Lage: Ich wohne sehr zentral und du hast alles, was du brauchst quasi vor der Tür: Rewe, denns, Kaufland, Lidl, Dm, Rossmann, Tedi, Kik, Lidl, Edeka, Bio Company, Penny, Aldi, sowie Cafés und Restaurants.
U-Bahn, Tram und Bushaltestelle sind 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Ringbahn ist 2 Haltestellen entfernt oder 20 min zu Fuß. Mitte ist 10 Minuten mit der Bahn, 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder 15 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

Sonstiges:
Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Kann eventuell verlängert werden.

In der Miete ist alles drin: Internet und TV, allerdings kein netflix. Die machen es einem ja gerade schwer mit teilen.

Rauchen ist nicht gestattet!

I’m looking for someone who wants to live in my small apartment. It has everything you need; bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, living room. Unfortunately, I don’t have a bed but a perfectly nice bedsofa. My neighbors are all very quiet and I expect you to be quiet as well. No Party’s allowed.

Wedding has everything you need. Grocery stores are walking distance from my apartment, as well as subway, tram, and bus stations/stops, cafes and restaurants.

It will take you 10 minutes via subway, 30 minutes by foot, or 15 minutes by bike to reach city centre.

Rent includes wifi and tv, but no netflix. They make it impossible to share.

Smoking is prohibited!
