A pretty 1-room apartment with a balcony in Berlin-Wedding with a comfy, new bed, a small bathroom with shower, a new kitchen, washing machine, Wifi and a nice interior to let from now up to May 20th, while I am on the road.
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zwischen 3 U-Bahnlinien (U9 Nauener Platz, U6 Seestraße, U8 Osloer Straße), die alle in 8-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Daneben sind die Tramlinien 50 und M13 nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, d. h. man erreicht fast jeden Punkt Berlins problemlos. Vom Balkon schaut man auf die Osramhöfe, eine schöne alte Backsteinfabrik, in der man heute Geschäfte, einen Netto und einen McFit findet. Die Müllerstraße mit mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
The apartment is very well connected, lying between 3 different U-Bahn-lines (U9 Nauener Platz, U6 Seestraße, U8 Osloer Straße), all within 8-15 minutes walking distance. Plus there are the tram lines 50 and M13 just 5 minutes away so that you reach practically any part of Berlin with ease. Opposite the flat lies a beautiful old brick factory that now houses shops such as a supermarket as well as a fitness studio (with views). Müllerstraße with more shops and grocery stores is just about 10 minutes walk away.
Die Miete von 850 € umfasst alle Kosten, auch das Internet. Die Kaution erbitte ich nur für den Fall, dass etwas großes schiefgeht. Sie wird natürlich zurückgezahlt, sobald ich wieder da bin und alles in Orndung ist. Mir ist es bei der Person, die einzieht, vor allem wichtig, dass sie gut mit meinen Sachen umgeht - und wenn sie dann noch daran denkt, manchmal die Pflanzen zu gießen, ist alles bestens.
Ich bin momentan im Ausland, habe aber Hilfe vor Ort für Wohnungsbesichtigungen. Am 20. Mai komme ich wieder nach Berlin und muss in die Wohnung zurück - eine Verlängerung ist also nicht möglich.

The rent of 850 € covers everything, including the internet. I am asking for the security deposit in case something big goes wrong. It will of course be paid back after my return. The most important thing for me is that the person who moves in takes good care of my things - and if they remember to water the plants sometimes, I'm more than happy.
I am currently out of the country but have someone help me to show you the apartment. My return date to Berlin is May the 20th. The sublease period ends then and an extension is unfortunately not possible.
