Subletting my flat in Wedding. The apartment has 1 big room, separate kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is also equipped with all necessary facilities (king size bed, washing mashing, fully equipped kitchen, Internet, Sonos soundsystem, 55-inch 4K smart TV, etc). There are two wardrobs, a regular one which is not shown in the pic, and the open wardrobe which will be emptied. The flat is in the rear building so it’s always calm.

The cost is 960€ warm per month (inc 50mbs internet and all facilities) , with a deposit of 900€ including cleaning fees which will be deducted at the end of the rental period only IF the house will be found in a different cleaning state from when it was delivered.

The flat will be delivered clean and in good conditions, and I'd like to find it in the same state after the rental period is over, thank you.

Since it's a short-term sublet, ameldung is not possible. The rental period is flexible within the proposed dates.

The flat is well connected to all transports, 6min walk to the tram (m13/50), 3 min walk to the bus (M27/255), 10min walk to the U8, 15min walk to the U2/U9 and 16min walk to Gesundbrunen(Ring, S, Ice, Rb, etc). Fast food, restaurants and groceries are available within 3min walk.
