Subletting my flat in Wedding. The apartment has 1 big room, separate kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is also equipped with all necessary facilities (king size bed, washing mashing, fully equipped kitchen, Internet, Sonos soundsystem, 55-inch 4K smart TV, etc). The brown wardrobe is already empty and the open wardrobe will be emptied. The flat is in the rear building so it’s always calm.
The cost is 1100€ warm per month (inc internet and all facilities) , with a deposit of 1100€ (including cleaning fees which will be deducted at the end of the rental period if the house will be found in a different state from when it was delivered).
The flat will be delivered clean and in good conditions, and I'd like to find it in the same state after the rental period is over, thank you.
Since it's a short-term sublet, ameldung is not possible.
