Beautiful one-room apartment with balcony Schöne Einzimmerwohnung mit Balkon

I rent my cozy 1 bedroom apartment to the quiet backyard with balcony under.

The apartment is fully furnished so you just have to move in.
As shown in the photos, there is a small hallway area, a large closet, desk, couch and a bed.

The bathroom has a very nice shower and a wonderful wall mirror.

The apartment is equipped for colder days to me underfloor heating.

In the basement there is a bicycle compartment (also the possibility to place bicycles in the backyard) as well as the laundry room with several washing machines and dryers (these are of course free to use).


Important: The rental period is limited to 1 year and without registration.

Ich vermiete meine kuschelige 1-Zimmerwohnung zum ruhigen Hinterhof mit Balkon unter.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, sodass du nur noch einziehen musst.
Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, ist ein kleiner Flurbereich, ein großer Schrank, Schreibtisch, Couch und ein Bett vorhanden.

Das Bad besitzt eine sehr schöne Dusche und einen wunderbaren Wandspiegel.

Die Wohnung ist für kältere Tage mir Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.

Im Keller befindet sich ein Fahrradabteil (ebenso die Möglichkeit, dass Fahrrad im Hinterhof abzustellen) sowie der Waschraum mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Trocknern (diese sind natürlich kostenlos zu bedienen).


Wichtig: Die Mietdauer ist auf 1 Jahr begrenzt und ohne Anmeldung.
