Ich vermiete meine Wohnung während meines Urlaubs an nette Berlinbesucher. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Die UBahn ist zu Fuss in weniger als 5 Min. erreichbar und die Anbindung ist in alle Richtungen wirklich gut. (Mitte 10 min, Kreuzberg 20). Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, eins stelle ich plus tollem Bad und Wohnküche zur Verfügung. .... Waschmaschine und Internetflat gibts noch obendrauf.
Ich fahre am 2. Juli und würde mich freuen jemand am 1. Juli zu finden, damit man "die Formalitäten" noch erledigen kann. Am 23. bin ich zurück, sollte jemand aber noch etwas länger bleiben wollen/müssen, ist das sicher machbar.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Haus mit 8 Mietern und einer netten Hausgemeinschaft, Bahn ist nah und Parks sind auch nicht weit...
