I sublet my cosy 1-bed apartment. It's very bright and quiet and freshly decorated.
The living room/bedroom has parquet floor and is furnished with a large bed, a sofa bed, shelf and a dining table. Kitchen is in a separate room and bathroom is equipped with shower.
The apartment is ideal for two people. For one more guest, there is a sofa bed available.
Sheets and blankets are provided.
Rent is 20 Euro p/day (minimum stay 2 nights)
The apartment is located just behind the UferStudios and the Panke canal, restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk.
It's only a few minutes away from the U-Bahn Osloerstr (U8 and U9) which takes you in 10 mins to Alexanderplatz or to S-Bahn Gesundbrunnen.
