ziehe berufsbedingt nach Schwerin und untervermiete meine schöne 1-Raum-Wohnung (49qm) in Wedding, Torfstraße vom 01.02 bis 30.04 (der Festzeitraum ist bis auf ein paar Tage momentan nicht verhandelbar).
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert (mit TV), Du brauchst also nur Deine Klamotten mitbringen. Schön ruhig im sanierten Altbau HH im 3. OG mit Balkon. Meiner Meinung nach super gelegen mit U-Bahnhof Amrumer Straße vor der Tür und direktem Bus zum Hbf. Läden und so ist alles da.
Warmmiete sind 500 EUR (an mich), das sind die realen Kosten, ich mache damit keinen Gewinn. Hinzu kommen noch verpflichtend monatlich 17,50 EUR Rundfunkbeitrag (an mich) und 37,5 EUR Strom (an mich). Internet/Telefon kann optional übernommen oder selber arrangiert werden (ca. 30 EUR). Kaution 1.000 EUR, die Du direkt nach Auszug wieder kriegst. Besichtigung nur am Wochenende, weil ich unter der Woche in Schwerin bin.
Ich suche Studierende oder Berufstätige, die eine Übergangslösung in Berlin brauchen.

I’m leaving Berlin for professional reasons and sublet my cosy 1-room-flat (49 sqm) in Wedding, Torfstraße from 1st of February to 30th of April (fix-date is presently non-negotiable apart from a couple of days).
The flat is fully furbished (inclusive TV), all you need are your clothes. It is a quiet flat in a renovated old building looking at the back yard. It is third floor with balcony. In my opinion perfectly situated with metro-station Amrumer Straße close by, direct bus to central station. Shops for daily demand are all in reach.
Monthly all-inclusive rent is 500 EUR (payable to me), these is the real rent. I am making no profit. In addition 17,50 EUR monthly for the obligatory television license (payable to me) and 37,5 EUR for electricity (payable to me). Internet/Telephone is due to arrangement, i.e. you can book it yourself or receive it via my contract (30 EUR to me optionally). Deposit is 1.000 EUR and you’ll get it back immediately after you moved out.
I’m looking for students or working professionals who need an interim solution in Berlin.
