Hey there,
I´m renting out my 1-room apartment in central Berlin Wedding (Sprengelkiez) from 12th of January to 9th of February 2016.
The apartment is located at the backside of a renovated old-building (typical Berlin style) and pretty central (8 minutes by walking to station "wedding": U6 and Ringbahn; 8 minutes to station "Leopoldplatz": U9)
The apartment is furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with everything you`ll need to cook. There is a small entrance hall and a nice bathroom including bathtub, shower and window. Besides there is a desk, wardrobe, TV, double-spaced bed and free and limitless Wifi everywhere in the apartment. You have an own balcony where you can sit and smoke.

-supermarkets, turkish food markets, bakeries etc. are all reachable within a walking distance
-several places to grab food around the corner: turkish, asian, italian, indian kitchen
-nice bars with good drinks
--> the apartment itself is very calm (and so is the balcony) since its located at the backside of the house.
We will have to make a renting contract for the entire renting period including details such like equipment of the apartment, deposit, rent, keys and what I mentioned about my bed, sheets and TV.
deposit: 500 euros (will be paid back quickly if the apartment is in a good condition)
rent: 480 euros for the offered period.
deposit has to be paid in advance.
