Ich möchte meine Wohnung möbliert untervermieten. Ein paar Möbel habe ich mitgenommen bzw. eingelagert, aber es ist alles da, was es aus meiner Sicht braucht (u.a. Bett, Esstisch, Schreibtisch + -stuhl, Küche inkl. Grundausstattung, Badschrank, Regale, Kleiderschrank, Sessel). Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof raus, was die Geräuschkulisse sehr reduziert. Und auch sonst ist die Lautstärke im Haus, obwohl es ein Altbau ist, mehr als in Ordnung.
Die Anbindung ist super, weil sowohl die U8 (U Pankstr., 5 Minuten) als auch die Ringbahn und diverse andere S-Bahnen (Gesundbrunnen, keine 10 Minuten) fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Damit kommt man überall relativ schnell hin. Die Straße selbst ist ruhig, geht aber von der Badstraße ab, an der sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden.
Stichwort Zeitraum: ein bisschen Spielraum habe ich, also sag einfach, was für Dich gut wäre und dann können wir schauen, was machbar ist.
Haustiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung leider nicht gestattet.
