Meine Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, Badstr. XX, 13357 Berlin. U-Bahn Pankstr (U8 nach Kreuzkölln/Alex) und S-Bhf Gesundbrunnen (Ring und S1/2 direkt zur Friedrichstr).
Die Wohnung hat 37qm oder 1.5 Zimmer. Insgesamt ist sie hell und ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer hat Sofa, Bett und Arbeitsplatz. Das andere Zimmer ist Küche, Eingangsbereich und Esstisch alles in einem.
Ich nehme 751EUR, alle Kosten (Strom, Internet, Heizung etc.) inklusive, pro Monat. Die Kaution ist 500EUR. Die Wohnung ist von 20. Januar bis 30. Juni zu mieten. Wir können uns wegen der Mietdaten besprechen. Ich bin relativ flexibel.
Die Gegend hier ist urban und ethnisch gemischt, und wenn man genau hinschaut, sehr historisch. Es gibt an der Panke und in der Grüntaler Str. sehr gute Cafes und Bars. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus.
Gern telefoniere ich mit euch. Eine Besichtigung können wir auch ausmachen, online oder physisch.
