ich miete meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum von 01.10. bis 22.11. unter. Die Wohnung is möbliert, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Es gibt leider kein Internet.
Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Miete für Oktober: 370€, für November 290€ (all inclusive).

Obwohl die Wohnung an der Seestr. liegt, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie sich im Seiteflügel befindet, bekommt vom Verkehrslärm nichts mit. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet ihr alles was ihr braucht, z. B. Supermärkte, ein Park, Kneipen sowie verschiedene Restaurants. Sehr gute Verbindung mit dem ONV (U6 U-Bahnhof Seestr. <sowie Tram>, U9 U-Bahnhof Amrummerstr., der Bus 106 sind alle inerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar).
Although the flat is at the Seestr., it is very quiet, because it´s situated in the backyard and you wont hear any traffic noises. Around the corner you can find anything you need: supermarkets, park, bars and restaurants. Very good connection with the public transportation (U6 Seestr. <also tramway>, U9 Amrummerstr., bus 106 - you can reach them all in maximus 5 minutes walking away).
