aufgrund meines bevorstehenden Umzugs, wird die Wohnung frei.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock (ohne Aufzug) und sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind zudem Richtung Innenhof. Sie ist relativ klein, hat aber trotzdem 2 kuschelige Zimmer und damit alles was man braucht. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Keller. Ebenfalls sind alle Zimmer frisch gestrichen. Küche und Badezimmer sind alt, aber funktional.
