Ich biete meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 14.09.2020 - 03.10.2020. Du kannst ab 14.09. morgens um 11:00 Uhr in die Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Gemeinschaftswohnprojekts, d.h. du hast dein *eigenes!!!* Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine, aber teilst dir die riesige Küche mit 6 engelsgleichen Mitbewohnern, die aber alles sehr ruhig, nett und anständig sind!
Außerdem teilst du dir einen blumigen, großen Hängematten-Sonnenbalkon mit meinem Mitbewohner.
Die kleine Wohnung ist nigelnagelneu und liegt direkt an der S- und Ubahn Station Wedding, so dass man sehr schnell in Mitte und auch überall sonst ist. Um dich herum hast du den hübschen Sprengelkiez, der schönste Teil im Wedding mit einigen schönen Restaurants, dem Nordufer zum Spazierengehen etc...
Ganz in der Nähe sind Spätis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der beste Falafelladen, Netto, DM, Edeka...alles da.
Ich selber bin in der Zeit im Urlaub und freue mich, wenn meine Wohnung eine*n nette*n Zwischenmieter*in bekommt :)

Hi there,
Since I'm on vacation I sublet my flat from 14.09.2020 - 03.10.2020. You can enter the flat from 14.09.2020 from 11 am.
The super new apartment is part of a Community housing project and you have your *own* bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine but share the huge kitchen. But all my roommates are (of course) super nice decent and respectful people.
The apartment is located right next to S/Ubahn Station Wedding so you are super close to Mitte.
There are plenty shopping possibilities, grocery, Kebap, Spätis, drug stores...
My apartment is looking forward to you :)
