1 bis 3 Monate sie frei und zur Verfügung steht.
(Selbstverständlich, sofern Interesse als Nachmieter besteht,
kann ich mein Bestes geben, deine notwendige Unterlagen vorzustellen!)
Die Wohnung:
1 x kl. Zimmer, ca. 13m2.
1 x Zimmer Wc & Dusche
1 x gr. Zimmer inkl. Küche, ca. 38m2
Hinterhof, 4 OG.
Supermärkte (1-3min), BVG: U-Nauener (3min) / S-Wedding (5min),
Panke (Fluss) - Park Humboldhain 2-10 min
uvm. Wedding ist am kommen ;)
Diese Whg ist nur für eine Person gedacht, der ich vertrauenswürdig die Wohnung erst einmal für 1 bis 3 Monate anvertrauen kann.
Was du ggf. für 1-3 Mon. brauchst z.B. Bett, Kühlschrank, Sofa etc., besprechen wir dann.
