Ich vermiete meine hübsche Wohnung im Wedding für einen Monat unter, da ich im August über selbst nicht in Berlin sein werde. Ich selbst weiß wie schwer es ist, eine Wohnung in Berlin zu finden (habe selbst Anfang des Jahres gesucht). Also möchte ich es jemandem erleichtern, der z.B. aktuell nach einer Wohnung sucht (es ist immer besser, vor Ort zu sein um ggf. spontan zu Wohnungsbesichtigungen zu kommen) oder für ein Praktikum nach Berlin kommt, oder einfach um den Berliner Sommer zu genießen.
Das besonderer an der Wohnung ist, dass es sich um einen ehemaligen "Späti" handelt. Er stand schon einige Jahre leer und wurde vor 4 Jahren kernsarniert und sehr schön renoviert. In der Wohnung befindet sich u.a. ein sehr hochwertiges und etwas empfindliches, geöltes Eichenparkett, auf das Du etwas Acht geben müsstest. Sie besteht aus zwei etwa. 20 qm großen Räumen die durch einen Durchbruch (ohne Tür) verbunden sind. Die Wohnung hat auf beiden Seiten Fenster, vorne ein Schaufenster + Tür und zwei Fenster zum Hinterhof. Es gibt die Möglichkeit auf dem Hochbett über Bad und Dusche zu schlafen (siehe Fotos), oder in meinem 1,40m-Bett. Das Bett ist komfortabler, allerdings ist es hinten ruhiger. Kannst du ja für dich ausprobieren ;)
Meine Vermieterin weiß von der Untervermietung und wohnt direkt nebenan. Sie ist 50 Jahre alt, Künstlerin und wirklich einer sehr nette Frau, bei der man sich auch mal melden kann, wenn etwas ist. Partys o.ä. möchte sie keine in der Wohnung haben, das liegt zum einen an ihren persönlichen Gegenständen, dem Boden, usw.

I'm renting my nice apartment in Wedding for one month, because I won't be in Berlin in August. I myself know how hard it is to find an apartment in Berlin (I looked for it myself at the beginning of the year). So I would like to make it easier for someone who is currently looking for an apartment (it's always better to be on site to spontaneously visit apartments if necessary) or who comes to Berlin for an internship or just to enjoy the Berlin summer.
The special thing about the flat is that it is a former "Späti" (Kiosk). It has been empty for a few years and was renovated nicely 4 years ago. In the apartment there is among other things a very high-quality and somewhat sensitive, oiled oak parquet floor, which you would have to take care of. It consists of two approx. 20 sqm large rooms which are connected by an opening (without door). The apartment has windows on both sides, a shop window + door in the front and two windows to the backyard. There is the possibility to sleep on the loft bed over bath and shower (see photos), or in my 1.40m bed. The bed is more comfortable, but it is quieter in the back. You can try it out for yourself ;)
My landlady knows about subletting and lives right next door. She is 50 years old, an artist and really a very nice woman to whom you can also contact if something is wrong.She doesn't want to have any parties or the like in the apartment, this is due to her personal belongings, the floor, etc. Also you should only smoke in front of and not in the apartment (I do the same).
Die Wohnung liegt im Wedding direkt an der U8. Auch wenn Wedding sich für manche erst mal dezentral anhört (je nachdem wo dein gefühltes Zentrum ist bzw. wohin du musst natürlich), die U8 ist eine der wichtigsten U-Bahn-Strecken, mit ihr fährt man in 27 Minuten einmal durch die ganze Stadt und passiert dabei viele Wichtige Haltestellen in Mitte, Kreuzberg und Neukölln (ich fahre täglich ins südliche Neukölln auf die Arbeit).
Prenzlauer Berg oder Mitte ist außerdem super mit der Tram oder Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Die gegen ist noch ziemlich ungentrifiziert und vielleicht, wie es in Kreuzberg/Neukölln früher mal war. Trotzdem gibt es alles was man braucht. 4 Minuten zu fuß ist ein großes Kaufland, das täglich bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat, außerdem in der Straße eine Kaffeerösterei mit tollem Kaffee, einen sehr leckeren Cig-Köfte-Laden und einen Kiosk/Bäcker, gleich um die Ecke ein zwei sehr nette Cafés. Außerdem ist die Panke (ein Kanal), an der sich schön spazieren oder sitzen lässt in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer befahrenen Straße – nicht besonders stark, allerdings auch nicht wenig. Außerdem befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Es ist also ein Geräuschpegel da, allerdings gewöhnt man sich dran und wenn man einen guten Schlaf hat ist es eigentlich kein Problem.

The apartment is located in Wedding directly at the U8. Even if Wedding may sound decentralized to some people (depending on where your felt center is or where you have to go to, of course), the U8 is one of the most important subway lines, with it you can travel through the whole city in 27 minutes and pass many important stops in Mitte, Kreuzberg and Neukölln (I go to southern Neukölln every day to work).
Prenzlauer Berg or Mitte is also great to reach by tram or bike.
The area around is still quite untrified and maybe like Kreuzberg/Neukölln used to be. Nevertheless there is everything you need. 4 minutes walk is a big Kaufland, which is open daily until midnight, also in the street is a coffee roastery with great coffee, a very tasty Cig-Köfte shop and a kiosk/baker, just around the corner are two very nice cafes. In addition, the Panke (a canal), where you can walk or sit, is only a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is located on a quite busy street. There is also a construction site on the opposite side of the street. So there is a noise level there, but you get used to it and if you have a good sleep it is actually no problem.
Internet funktioniert leider nur im hinteren Raum richtig gut. Im vorderen nur ganz leicht. Ich habe kein eigenes angemeldet, da Juliane, meine Vermieterin mit angeboten hat, ihres mitzubenutzen. Ich habe selbst 3 Monate Homeoffice in der Wohnung gemacht, es ging, aber Ideal ist es jetzt nicht unbedingt.

Internet unfortunately only works really well in the back room. In the front room only very slightly. I didn't register my own, because Juliane, my landlady, offered to use hers as well. I have done home office myself in the apartment for 3 months, it worked, but its not ideal I would say.
