Biete eine gemütliche 1-Zimmerwohnung im Wedding zur Untermiete für ein halbes Jahr während ich im Auslandssemester bin.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, ist deshalb sehr hell. Einen Balkon hat sie auch. Der geht nach hinten raus und blickt in die Baumkronen des Französischen Friedhofs.
Es gibt ein großes Zimmer und einen geräumigen Flur, der als halbes Zimmer genutzt wird.
Küche und Bad sind klein.
ICH SUCHE: jemand zuverlässigen, nicht Raucher (auf dem Balkon ist okay), leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt, am liebsten eine FLINTA Person.

The apartment I offer is small and comfy. Since I’m going on an Erasmus I’m looking for someone who would like to rent ist for half a year. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there pretty bright. It has a balcony that faces the treetops of the neighbouring cemetery.
S-Bahn Wollankstraße is only a 5 minute walk away and U-Bahn Pankstraße only 10. Further down the road there are several supermarkets (every thing between netto and denns).
I’m looking for preferably a queer person who is nice to my rainbow flag. Sadly there are no pets allowed.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Wollankstraße. 5 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn Station Wollankstraße (S1/25/26) und 10 Gehminuten zur U-Bahnstation Pankstraße (U8).
Drumrum gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: von Netto bis Denns ist alles vorhanden. Außerdem ist man in 10 Minuten am Bürgerpark Pankow. Hinter dem Friedhof läuft die Panke entlang (ein Bächlein) an der man sehr gemütlich sitzen kann.
