Die Wohnung befindet sich im Vorderhaus eines berliner Altbaus. Die Wohnung ist, dank hoher Doppelkastenfenster sehr hell und hat eine kleine seperate Küche die mit Einbauküche, Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Vorratsschränken mit Geschirr voll ausgestattet ist. Das Tageslichtbad besitzt eine Badewanne, Regendusche und Badschränke mit Stauraum.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und du kannst alles nutzen.
In der Wohnung ist Rauchen ohne Ausnahme nicht erlaubt.
Einzug ab dem 15.02 möglich
Miete monatlich Inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, GEZ, etc. 665€
Kaution: 1500€
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U9 und in der direkten Umgebung finden sich Lidl, Penny, Karstadt, Drogerien, Bioläden und ein paar sehr leckeren Restaurants. Der nächste See liegt mit den Öffentlichen 15 Min entfernt und in der gleichen Zeit gelangt man mit der Bahn nach Mitte.

I am leaving Berlin from 15.02 - 15.05.23 and looking for a person who will inspire my apartment and water the plants during this time.
The apartment is located in the front building of an old Berlin building. The apartment is very bright thanks to the high double box windows and has a small separate kitchen which is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and storage cupboards with dishes. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower and bathroom cabinets with storage space.
The apartment is fully furnished and you can use everything.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment without any exception!
Move-in possible from 15.02
Rent for the month including utilities, electricity, internet, GEZ, etc. 665€
Security deposit: € 1500
The apartment is right on the U9 and in the immediate vicinity you will find Lidl, Penny, Karstadt, drug stores, health food stores and a few very tasty restaurants. The nearest lake is 15 minutes away by public transport and in the same time you can get to Mitte by train.
