The appartment was just renovated, but part of a charming old building, so wooden floors and high ceilings are promised :)
It is located in the backyard, kitchen and living room are separated, so everything feels spacious yet cozy.
Cozy kingsize bed + a sleeping couch, I rent out the apartment to max. 2 people,
non-smoker apartment, washing machine, WIFI, music box... :)
Just 1 minute away from the river Nordufer (canal) and inside the so called popular "Sprengelkiez" with bars, coffee, barber shops and the newly hyped club Heideglühend just around the corner.
The next supermarket is 5 minutes by foot away and the Ringbahn S Westhafen 10 minutes by foot, the U-Bahn Amrumer Straße only 3 Minutes. If someone, it would have to be a small person tough, wants to rent my bike, they are welcome :)
The lake Plötzensee with sandy beaches, outdoor cinema and forest vibes is only 15 minutes by foot.
So, a perfect place to spend your summer holidays in :) Perfect for nature lovers and at the same time the apartment is in very a central location of Berlin. The Sprengelkiez, the name of the neighborhood, also has cool bars, as well as quaint pubs and good restaurants.
