The apartment is 50 sqm and is fully furnished with everything you need to just move in.
My contract ends at the end of September and I can sublet it from 1st of August.
The monthly rent is 950 Euro per month. For the deposit I will take one month rent 890 Euro as security.
Open for virtual tours and visits - mostly in the evening or weekend.
Located near U-Bahn Leopolodplatz and S-bahn Wedding (lines S42 and S41) being very well connected to the main lines U6, U9 which allows you to get to Mitte very fast and in Ku'Damm as well.
Also you are close to Osloer Str. from where you can take U8 going directly to Kreuzberg and Neuköln
The flat is new and I will take all my stuff from it so it will be empty of personal things but with everything necessary for coming over and staying living here.
Also I am flexible to rent it few weeks just or just one month - let me know your thoughts :)
