I’m renting my studio apartment on 9th Dec - 2nd Jan (can be flexible with end date as well). The apartment is 35 square meters (Hinterhaus) and located in Sprengelkiez (13353) with bars and restaurants right outside the door.
As I have quite a lot of plants it would be great if someone staying in the flat could also water them from time to time 🌿🌸
PS: the photos are from a while ago, there is a big desk in the room now and a washing machine in the kitchen.
The flat is located in a very vibey part of wedding and is well conected by multiple public transport options:
Public transport close by:
- U9 Armurerstr. (7 min 🚶🏻♀️)
- U8 Leopoldplatz (10 min 🚶🏼♂️)
- S-Bahn Wedding (12 min 🚶🏼)
There is also a bus stop just outside the door (142) which goes straight to Hauptbahnhof (and vabali).
