Meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung wird für 2 Wochen Ende Februar frei!:)
Der Altbau ist hell und ziemlich großzügig was Fenster und Co angeht. An Möbeln ist alles drin, es gibt sogar eine Badewanne;)
Man ist etwa 5 Minuten vom Leopoldplatz entfernt und von daher sehr gut angebunden (U6,U9). Die Nachbarschaft, besonders die im Haus, ist entspannt. Es gibt einen Innenhof für Fahrräder und eine ziemlich leckere türkische Bäckerei direkt neben dem Eingang. Der Kiez ist voll von Cafés und Bars, durch den Innenhof hat man es aber ruhig.
Ja also, wer sucht spontan noch was?:)
