ich bin während des Sommersemesters vom 08.04.2024-20.07.2024 beruflich in Köln und suche eine*n Zwischenmieter*in.
Ich wohne in einer zauberhaften 29qm Wohnung in einem ruhigen Hinterhof mit sehr netten Nachbar*innen.
Meine kleine aber feine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man*frau so braucht: einer wunderschönen Küche, Waschmaschine, einem (Schreib-)tisch, Bett, Bad und natürlich Internet.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher_innenwohnung und liegt ruhig im Hinterhaus. Partys (und Rauchen in der Wohnung) sind nicht erwünscht.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich!
Ich nehme am Ende der Mietzeit einmalig eine Reinigungspauschale von 70€.

I will be in Cologne on business during the summer semester from April 8th 2024 - July 20th, 2024 and am looking for an interim tenant.
I live in a magical 29sqm apartment in a quiet backyard with very nice neighbors.
My small but nice apartment is equipped with everything you need: a beautiful kitchen, washing machine, a (desk) table, bed, bathroom and of course internet.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and is quietly located in the back building. Parties (and smoking in the apartment) are not permitted.
Unfortunately, registration is not possible!
I charge a cleaning fee of €70 at the end of the rental period.
Die Wohnung liegt knapp außerhalb des Ringes und ist sehr gut angebunden:
In 7 Minuten ist man am Nauener Platz ( u 9), in ca. 10 Minuten an der Pankstr. (U 8).
in 5 Minuten ist man am Bus M 27 und in ca. 15 Gehminuten an den S-Bahnstationen Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn) und Humboldthain.
The apartment is just outside the ring and is very well connected:
In 7 minutes you are at Nauener Platz (u 9), in approx. 10 minutes at Pankstrasse. (U 8).
The M27 bus is 5 minutes away and the Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn) and Humboldthain S-Bahn stations are about 15 minutes away on foot.
Die Wohnung ist mein absolutes Baby - ich habe die Küche selber gebaut (allein in Coronazeiten) und mein Schreibtisch ist aus empfindlichem Holz. Daher erbitte ich einen sorgsamen Umgang. Für eine wunderschöne Zeit in Berlin ist sie absolut perfekt. <3
The apartment is my absolute baby - I built the kitchen myself (alone in Coronatimes) and my desk is out of sensitive wood. Therefore I ask for careful handling. It is absolutely perfect for a wonderful time in Berlin. <3
