The building is right on the bus line, and the Westend S-Bahn and Theodor-Heuss-Platz U-Bahn are about 10 minutes walking distance.
The most shopping opportunities are in Theodor-Heuss-Platz and Reichstraße, but there are some restaurants and shops on Spandauer Damm too.
Sie werden ein direktes Verhältnis mit dem Vermieter haben. Er wohnt nebenan und ist sehr zuverlässig.
