I want to sublet my flat in September (28.08-28.09) It's located in Wilmersdorf, by U7 Blisserstrasse. Neighbourhood is really nice, 2 supermarkets across the street. (lidl and edeka 24/6). There is a gym, park, nail salon and restaurants in the area. Apartment is quiet as it's facing the backyard. I really would love to have someone who wil take good care of my flat
Cost 990 euros. we can agree on deposit. Apartment is suitable for 1 person and I would prefer someon who will take it for the full month.
there is U7 and several bus lines righ downstairs plus U9 line 7min walking
