Meine sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung in Berlin-Wilmersdorf möchte ich im Sommer untervermieten, da ich für ein Praktikum für zwei Monate im Ausland bin.

Die helle Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, Flur, Küche, Bad und Balkon sowie einem Gemeinschaftsfahrradkeller und ist voll möbliert. Auch eine Waschmaschine und WLAN sind vorhanden. Der Balkon ist vor allem im Sommer super, um die Sonne zu genießen!

Für die Zeit der Untermiete werde ich Platz machen für deine Kleidung und persönlichen Gegenstände. Meine Küchenutensilien darfst du natürlich sehr gerne nutzen. Im Gegenzug würde ich mich natürlich sehr freuen, wenn du dich dann und wann um meine Pflanzen auf dem Balkon kümmerst:).

Keine Tiere, Nichtraucherhaushalt. Keine Anfragen von Rauchern, bitte.

I sublet my very centrally located flat in Berlin-Wilmersdorf during summer, as I will be abroad for two months for an internship.

The bright flat consists of a room, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and balcony as well as a shared bicycle storage room and is fully furnished. There is also a washing machine and Wi-Fi. The balcony is great for enjoying the sun, especially in summer!

I will make room for your clothes and personal belongings for the duration of the sublet. You are of course welcome to use my kitchen utensils. In return, I would of course be very happy if you took care of my plants on the balcony from time to time :).

Animal-free, smoking-free household. Please do not contact me if you smoke.

ÖPNV (U7, Ringbahn, verschiedene Busse) sind alle innerhalb von 1-15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Charlottenburg ist auch in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Zu den Universitäten FU, HU, sowie Uni Potsdam sind es jeweils nur 30 Minuten mit dem ÖPNV. Es sind 30 Minuten bis Berlin-Mitte mit dem ÖPNV oder dem Rad.

Public transport (U7, Ringbahn, buses) can all be reached on foot within 1-15 minutes. Charlottenburg railway station can also be reached in 10 minutes by bike. The universities FU, HU and Potsdam are only 30 minutes away by public transport. It takes 30 minutes to reach Berlin-Mitte by public transport or by bike.

Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus der Grundmiete, WLAN, Strom- und Heizkosten, sowie Rundfunkgebühren und einen 10%igen Aufschlag, welchen ich an meinen Vermieter für die Untervermietung zahlen muss.

Bitte nur bei Interesse von einer Mietdauer von mindestens zwei Monaten (8 Wochen) kontaktieren. Das Startdatum kann bei Bedarf einen Tag früher oder ein paar Tage später beginnen. Auch das Enddatum ist flexibel und bei Bedarf kannst du gerne bis Ende September bleiben (die Miete wird dann natürlich dementsprechend angepasst)

The rent consists of the basic rent, WLAN, electricity and heating costs, as well as broadcasting fees and a 10% surcharge, which I have to pay to my landlord for subletting.

Please only contact me if you are interested in a rental period of at least two months (eight weeks). The start date can be a day earlier or a few days later if required. The end date is also flexible and you are welcome to stay until the end of September if required (the rent will of course be adjusted accordingly).
