Ich suche einen passenden Untermieter für meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin, Wilmersdorf/Schöneberg.
Meine Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche, Badezimmer mit Fenster, Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer welches mit Parkettboden ausgelegt ist und einem überdachten Balkon zur Südseite.
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, man findet dort alles was man braucht. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine kleine Waschmaschine die ihren Zweck erfüllt.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem 140x200m Bett ausgestattet, ein ausziehbares Sofa ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Offener Kleiderschrank und Regale bieten viel Platz für deine Habseligkeiten. In der Kommode findest du Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die du natürlich gerne verwenden darfst. Außerdem sind Fernseher, Playstation 3, Drucker und WLAN vorhanden.
Der Balkon geht zur Südseite, die Wohnung ist daher tagsüber schön hell. Geraucht wird bitte nur auf dem Balkon.
Wichtig: eine Anmeldung für die Wohnung in dem Zeitraum ist ausgeschlossen!
I'm looking for someone to rent my very lovely, bright, and calm apartement for the time 15.04. - 15.10.2018.
It's completely furnished. Bathroom and kitchen have a window, the window/balcony in the room goes south, so it's bright the whole day and you can actually have a nice time on the balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped, there's a washingmachine in the bathroom which you may use. The room itself has a 140x200m bed, sleeping couch, TV, Playstation, WIFI, printer and enough space for storage.
Important: It is not possible to register for the apartment while renting!
Innerhalb 5 Gehminuten ist man am Prager Platz, dort findest du Edeka, Aldi, DM, Metzger, Bäcker etc. Zur anderen Richtung hin befinden sich einige Bäckereien, ebenfalls Edeka, BIO Company, Apotheke etc. Ärzte und Physiotherapeuten sind in Wilmersdorf zahlreich vorhanden.
Man braucht keine 5 Minuten zur Ubahn Station Berliner Straße, von wo aus die Buslinie 104, U7 und U9 fahren. Man ist super schnell am Ku'damm, Zoo, Südkreuz, ZOB, generell ist die Anbindung hier sehr gut.
Das Viertel ist gepflegt und ruhig. Das Zimmer geht ein eine Art Hinterhof, ist daher auch relativ ruhig und man kann im Sommer mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen.
Several options for grocery shopping within 5 minutes walking distance. Bakeries, drugstores, doctors are all around this place. Less than 5 minutes you're at the U-Bahn station Berliner Straße, where you may take the bus line 104, U7 or U9.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und überwiegend älter, Rentern, und bedacht darauf, dass alles gepflegt ist und seine Ordnung hat, deshalb suche ich jemanden der es Zuhause auch gerne etwas ruhiger hat und eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schätzen weiß.
