Schöne möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Wilmersdorf und FU-Nähe, gute Anbindung da direkt an der Ringbahn und U9. Neue Möbel, Bad mit Fenster und Wanne, Kellerplatz
Die Wohnung hat schicke 28qm, hat aber alles, was man braucht! Längenverstellbaren Tisch, ein großes Bett, Kleiderschrank und Kommode, Schreibtisch, Waschmaschine :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Bundesplatz und die Ringbahn sowie die U9 sind in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einige Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Nähe sowie der Volkspark Wilmersdorf. Eine wirklich ruhige Gegend mit allem was man braucht!
Ich bin Katinka, 20 Jahre und gehe ab September für ein Jahr ins Ausland, deswegen suche ich eine/n Untermieter*in für die Zeit! Praktisch wenn man nach Berlin kommt und erstmal etwas für das erste Jahr sucht und man danach etwas Permanentes braucht. Die Wohnung wäre von September bis September (oder ggf. sogar Oktober) verfügbar.
Ich suche unbedingt Nicht-Raucher*innen und jemanden ohne Haustiere (das ist für die Vermieterin wichtig!), wäre auch unpraktisch für den vierten Stock :)
Schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich, es wäre super wenn du nicht nur die Wohnung vorher sehen könntest, sondern wenn sie dir gefällt dass du auch die Hauptvermieterin kennenlernen würdest!
