Für mich ist es wichtig, dass die Wohnung jemand bekommt, der sonst kaum Chancen auf dem Berliner Wohnungsmarkt hat. Nur deshalb habe ich die Wohnung noch.
Die Lage ist grandios am Ludwigkirchplatz. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Ich suche jemanden der sehr ruhig ist, keine Haustiere hat. Ich liebe meine Wohnung und sie soll gepflegt werden und nicht abgewohnt werden. Die Nachbarschaft legt viel Wert auf Ruhe und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme. Dafür wird man selbst auch nie gestört von den Nachbarn.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Mit Badewanne und Waschtrockner.

Die Lage ist grandios am ludwigkirchplatz. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Eine der schönsten lagen in Berlin. Und ich sage das nicht weil ich die Wohnung loswerden will :D ich liebe es hier und es wird jeder lieben.
Die U-Bahn ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ku'damm ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Bars, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The subway is within 5 minutes walking distance. The Ku'damm is only a few hundred meters away. Bars, cafés, shopping facilities are in the immediate neighborhood.
Ich bin flexibel, was die Mietdauer angeht. Da kann man dann noch mal drüber sprechen. Mindestens aber 6 Monate. Wenn es noch Fragen gibt, schreibt mich gern an. Ich beantworte sie gern.
