Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich vermiete meine kleine, aber schöne Wohnung im Zeitraum vom 24.7.-29.9.22 unter. Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe zur U Berliner Str. (U7/U9), ist sehr hell, hat einen grandiosen Blick auf den Alex, das Sony-Center, das Rathaus Schöneberg, usw. und ist voll möbliert.
Das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl, was sehr praktisch ist.
Bei Interesse, schreibt mir gerne und wir vereinbaren einen Besichtigungstermin (nur zwischen dem 5. und 8.7. möglich!).

Die U Berliner Str. (U7/U9) befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe (ca. 2-3 Min). Es gibt diverse Einaufsmöglichkeiten (u. a. Edeka, Bio Company, Bäcker), die in direkter Nähe gut zu Fuß oder Per Fahrrad zu erreichen sind.
Güntzelkiez ud Akazienkiez sind in unmittelbarer Nähe; dort gib es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Spätis, etc. Auch der Volkspark Schöneberg-Wilmersdorf ist in ca. 5-10 Min gut zu erreichen.
