About me:
Hi! I will do my Praktikum in another City and therefore I will rent my apartment from 20 of December 2023 until 20 of March 2024. Since it is a short term lease, I cannot give Anmeldung. Ideally I would like to rent it to a person who will take good care of the apartment and some stuff I might leave. I prefer students, but I am also open to rent it to someone else.
About the studio/apartment:
It fully furnished with bed, a table, desk, kitchenette. It has 22sqm and has its own kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing facility in the dorm.
The studio is located in a Student Residence close to the Kurzstrasse Bus station. The bus 118 passes directly in the door in both directions. Wannsee station is 20min by bike or bus. It is 30min by public transport to FU. An Edeka and Aldi are directly in the corner.
